hgzi Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights and Rules

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and hgzi ("the Platform"). By accessing hgzi at hgzi.net, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by hgzi, you confirm that you accept these Terms without reservation.

hgzi operates as an online entertainment and gaming platform serving players in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to all users of the hgzi platform regardless of how they access it — whether through a web browser, the hgzi mobile app, or any other method.

These Terms should be read alongside hgzi's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and hgzi. If there is any conflict between these Terms and any other document on the hgzi platform, these Terms take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the hgzi platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing hgzi from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of hgzi.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the hgzi platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process.

hgzi reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on hgzi. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and will be closed. Balances from duplicate accounts may be forfeited at hgzi's discretion.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your hgzi account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and any other actions taken while logged into your account. hgzi cannot be held responsible for losses that result from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your login credentials secure.

• Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
• Do not allow any other person to access or use your hgzi account.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify hgzi support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Keep your registered contact details — including your mobile number and email address — up to date at all times.

hgzi will never contact you to ask for your password. Any communication claiming to be from hgzi that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to hgzi support immediately.

4 Deposits and Payments

hgzi accepts deposits through the following local payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits made through supported payment methods are credited to your hgzi account instantly in most cases.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• hgzi does not charge any platform fee on deposits. Any fees charged by your mobile banking provider are outside hgzi's control.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• hgzi reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

If a deposit does not appear in your hgzi account within 15 minutes of a confirmed transaction on your mobile banking app, contact hgzi support with your transaction reference number. hgzi will investigate and resolve confirmed missing deposits promptly.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your hgzi account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. hgzi charges zero platform fees on withdrawals — the amount you request is the amount that arrives in your mobile wallet.

• Withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes of a confirmed request during normal operating hours.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Finance / Wallet section of your account.
• OTP verification is required for all withdrawal requests as a security measure.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name. hgzi does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• hgzi reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

If your withdrawal has not arrived within 30 minutes of a confirmed processing notification from hgzi, contact hgzi support with your withdrawal reference number. Processing delays caused by your mobile banking provider are outside hgzi's control, but hgzi support will assist in investigating any confirmed delays.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

hgzi offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. By accepting any bonus from hgzi, you agree to the specific terms attached to that bonus.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds (where applicable) are stated in the individual bonus terms.
• hgzi reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or systematically extract value from bonus offers — including through coordinated play across multiple accounts — will result in bonus cancellation and account review.

hgzi monitors bonus usage patterns and reserves the right to cancel bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is identified. Decisions made by hgzi regarding bonus eligibility and abuse are final.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the hgzi platform operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG system and are not influenced by hgzi, by individual player account history, or by bet size. The same RNG applies equally to every player in every session.

Each game on hgzi has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a bet. hgzi is not responsible for losses that result from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game session, hgzi will investigate and resolve the issue. Where a fault affects the outcome of a game, hgzi reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the player's account.
• hgzi reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, pricing error, or system malfunction.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hgzi platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account on hgzi.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with hgzi games or systems in a way not intended for normal player use.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in hgzi's platform or games for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the hgzi platform for any money laundering activity or any other illegal financial purpose.
• Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward hgzi staff or other players.

hgzi actively monitors platform activity for prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, hgzi reserves the right to suspend accounts, withhold balances pending investigation, and report activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

hgzi reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Identification of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under hgzi's Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, hgzi will communicate the reason for suspension to the account holder where it is safe and appropriate to do so. Investigations will be completed within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at hgzi's discretion depending on the nature of the breach.

Players who wish to close their own hgzi account voluntarily may do so by contacting hgzi support. Any real-money balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard verification checks.

10 Responsible Gaming

hgzi is committed to providing a safe and sustainable entertainment environment for all players. We recognise that for some people, gambling can become problematic, and we take our responsibility in this area seriously.

12 Limitation of Liability

hgzi provides its platform on an "as available" basis.
